What is Ionnian elders/administratives perception of Syndra's Castle/Zed overthrowing Kinkou order?

Hi, so uhh, one of the main reasons I enjoy league is its lore. I'm one of those people who really love "diving" into everyday things in fantasy worlds, like politics, economy, anthropology, etymology and culture, unfortunately, "Universe" don't answer all of my questions, so my curiosity grows. I decided to put them on a list, if anyone here knows the answer/some convenient theory I would gladly appreciate sharing it in the comments.

1.Government- How in the nations of league? Do Demacia and Noxus have states, or maybe they have some smaller dominions? It will make it much easier if you can show me some example from real life history. 2.As in the title, did anyone try to oppose the actions taken by Syndra and Zed? I assume that administratives in Ionnia must hate reactionism, or maybe its just anarchic state without any real jurisdictions. 3.Are there any movements in Piltover that try to resocialize Zaunites or help this district? 4.In preseason 2018 login screen we can see Ezreal using the rune of Inspiration, and in latest Ryze's cinematic we can see that this is the only rune he hadn't collected yet (assuming that in-game runes are some sort of cameos of World Runes), is this the true origin of Ezreal's powers? Will they have to fight? 5.Demacians seems pretty arrogant, I know that magic is strictly forbidden in their land, but are there any scientists/academics trying to solve its mysteries, like magic -absorbing stones or the Lux's powers? 6.What do Shurimian people think of Azir? I mean, it was thousands of years, they are not really the same people who prayed to the Sun Disk, what are his plans for regaining the power over this excuse of a country? Do Noxians knows about him? 7.Bard and Soraka seems like some star deities, yet they are unconnected to Targon (there is no word about them on Targon's page), what is their place in new lore? 8.Why is Kai'Sa such a bad character, like, really, she seems like some sort of fanservice from 2010 League, when Riot tried to get some attention with its provocative, oversexualised and blank girls with no real backstory or emotions to show. Besides, thanks to her, The Void seems like some sort of god's spa, maybe more runeterrans should try it.

I know I ask for much, yet every answer matters for me, thanks a lot, no matter if you're just bumping my post or trying to find some clues too :3*[vlad-salute]*

If Ezreal has to fight Ryze well then R.I.P Ezreal. He better give the Rune willingly.

Zed doesn't even know Syndra in the lore.

Syndra's floating fortress is pretty recent in lore standards according to her leaked story. There's a good chance a lot of Ionians don't even know she's free yet given that the island she is imprisoned in in under Noxian occupied land

Quite sure they have "states" in the loose sense of the word (like every nation/country has/needs tbh,). the bigger, and more populated, a land is the more likely it is that theyre split into different cities (we do know noxus and demacia have cities as well as ionia and we know the first two have a primary leader. [ionia we don't really know] we also know there is some delegation of cities via lux's lore).

Syndra.. we know had some contention, some people wanted to kill her, have her removed as a threat (read The Dreaming Cave, her leaked color story, was removed but it's on the wikia and was posted in her subreddit)... so yh, in a sense there was opposition (she was seemingly well known/known enough for several ionians to have heard about her). As for what happens after...... well she lifted the temple into the air and went along with it (also destroyed some noxian ships while doing so lol) so implied she's gonna live in the sky in seclusion for a while.

Zed..idrk, im sure some people oppose him and many that did oppose him are dead (read Zed's, Shen's and Akali's lore)

Piltover wants to keep Zaun in the slumps, it's kinda to their advantage. (read Janna's color story, as well as Ekko, Camille and........one more Zac i think? cant quite recall).

Ezreal has a lot of magical potential, which he didnt recognize/nurture (still doesn't really tbh) the rune likely unlocked it, so we can imply that the gauntlet houses the rune. Hopefully Ez remains uncorrupted... not really sure about how i feel about riot saying ez was the guy in the inspiration rune pic.

Likely yes, as there is a hidden faction of Demacian government that is using Mages. (read lux's lore)

Some Shurimans are optimistic, some people think he's a tyrant (read Taliyah's lore and color story, Rammus also has slight suggestions, Nasus's color story reveals more) Sivir's lore gives some insight too.... or was it color story......one of them provides insight.

Soraka has been confirmed to have ties to Targon, likely was an aspect that got banished/something like that. (again, in the Dreaming Cave as well as mentioned in various riot comments and references... it's also in her shortened lore i believe) Bard on the other hand is a true celestial (like aurelion sol)

Kai'sa, sigh.. i slightly agree. Riot... well her designer actually... wanted to show a girl who rather than traumatized/affected by the Void, instead kept her personality and cheerful optimism, and came out braved. It's a good concept...until you realize we know next to nothing about the Void, other than mere shadows of it leave people traumatized. Considering it's being worked on lorewise, Riot really chose a bad time to release a champ with that backstory. Build upon the void more, show more character affected by it etc. What pisses me off the most however, is Kai'sa is left COMPLETELY unaffected mentally. have her express some sort of trauma in her speech/lore that shows that while she is a survivor and infact, thrives, she wasnt left completely unchanged... a child growing up in that environment will be fundamentally different, even if theyre still nice.
