Why so few Ultimate skins, Riot?
They're so good, but there's only four of 'em. My money wants to be spent, but you gotta meet me halfway here.

To my knowledge, it is because they take a lot of time and money to make. I mean they jave to get new particles, voice work, icons, wards, and a new model on top of all that.
It's alot of work. And honestly, I like that we just get one Ultimate skin per year. Adds to their uniqueness.
The skins team are lazy and uncreative. :(
