Questions about Yordles, Demacia and Noxus

I'm working on comic script about Poppy before leaving Bandle City for the first time right now and when I got to the Bandle City before Demacia was ever built. There was this huge thing, if centuries passed during Poppy carring the Hammer of Orlon and be up in the present, that means the image of Bandle City in the Wiki should of been modernized a lot or dunno.

But Poppy's lore suggests Yordles weren't into technology, they were more into magic at first, and they lacked organization and were too fluffy about everything. And seeing how Poppy avoided humans and how Orlon was surprised to see a Yordle and had way many questions. Is it safe to asume that previously before Poppy no yordle interacted with humans or these two species never met before?

As for being innate with magic, is it possible their construction technology, clothings were behind and weaponry were behind its time? And it was casue of humans interacted that helped them build, shared technology and possibly magic? As I remember in the Poppy's lore, it said that she never saw that coordination level between them, a group of people capable of doing something a single being couldn't do at all. This implies that Yordles didn't work together that well.

I mean, could of Demacia be responsible for the introduction of technology and construction techniques, clothing for Bandle City? As well, as Gnar it is said he was born a millennia ago, and looking at what he is wearing and in Jarvan IV's said that Lightshields has been a royal family of Demacia for centuries.

Is this possible with the Demacia and Poppy linking Bandle City with them? I mean, Poppy should of fought to protect and build Demacia at some point in her life, humans should of recognize her and her species, right?

As for that, I was reading about Demacia and Noxus, it is said that Lightshield family holds a grudge against Noxus and their people, in the comic they had a dream to build a country, they even had a commanding officer. That rank means they should of had even up to a general, an army well stablished and they don't have a country. This reminds me of some history, just like a faction of a country deserted and created their own country, including politic and royal family. Not sure if I'm in the right path, but what got me thinking is could of Demacians were Noxians and thus that hatred exists between these countries?

Anyway, any thoughts and ideas could help me out here.
