Skinline Design Inconsistency

so am i the only one bothered by the inconsistency of the skinlines or is that something people like or...? like duskbringer Yasuo is all smoke and flame black and orange. and the new ones look more like darker versions of the skt skins with gold and red. they're completely different themes but they're under the same skinline so wtf?
