I think she would be friends with Fiora if they were from the same region. Irelia actually compliments Fiora on her technique in one of her voicelines. Riven and Irelia probably wouldn't be friends though because she was part of an attack on Ionia. If Riven decides to join Ionia's side they would probably be allies.
