I haven't been following discussions before seeing this video, so I apologize if my train of thought below has already been discussed:
Riot's earlier teasers included champs from every role except for ADC, which makes that the strongest possibility in my mind. However, I think this Virtuoso will be something of a supporting ADC who uses at least one ability or passive to buff his/her team. The caption under the video doesn't say "I will shoot you dead." It says "I will make you perfect." Sure, that could mean dead, but since the champions page featured every role affected EXCEPT for another ADC, it seems more like an ally-focused line.
