Why are champions getting the exact same skins?

Just curious about the trend of all the champions having the exact same skins. I think it is kind of lame how everyone gets a ripoff copy of Ezreal's ULTIMATE skin. I feels like the creativity is sinking. I like the idea of champions having their own unique things, instead of everyone having a project skin, or a blood moon skin, or a mecha skin, or a pool party skin, or a pulsefire skin. Would just like to see some creative ideas that don't get copy/pasted to everyone else. You get that special feeling of uniqueness. I know I thought the pulsefire Ezreal was slick looking as hell when it first came out, even though it's kind of shoddy looking compared to newer ultimate skins. And yes I understand they have plans to update it but it doesn't feel as special when everyone else has the same thing. Then everyone else gets one that looks better and is cheaper, like what the hell? Not ripping I just want to know is Riot exhausted and can't think of any new ideas? Come see me, I got a whole gang of ideas. Hillbilly Gragas? Come on man that skin is pure gold! I guess i'm in a tiny minority here but still. End rant lol. Let me know what you think!
