Jarvan IV new skin D: ?

Recently I started playing some J4 and wanted to pick up a skin for him but I realized he only has 4 skins (excluding victorious) and the most recent one being Warring Kingdoms J4 which was over 4 years ago. Being released in 2011 around 2 years before Yasuo they almost (will very soon) have the same amount of skins, I get skins take time to create and are somewhat based on the popularity of the champion but don't you think 4 years of negelect is a little much, well anyways my question just comes down too will J4 be getting a skin in this year or are we gonna have to wait even longer D: ?
