Wheres my chroma D: ?

Not sure if it's just me or I missed some change to where chroma skins are placed, but I got the Pearl Pop Star chroma skin when it first came out and could select it fine, but now it's nowhere to be found ; u ; help pls. (Using Legacy Client)

Update: Kay so its back :D only took like 5 client restarts, guess client went buggy
