@ riot hecrim w particles changed with in the last 2 months?

While playing arcade hecrim in the jg i noticed that his e particle effect now has a thin line for range indicator. Has that always been thier or has it been changed?

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's new. This patch? Maybe the one before that. Either way, I hadn't noticed it in the patchnotes :P
