Where is the new Blitzcrank skin(s)?

Hasn't it been like one and a half patches since they were intended to be released? I know they were at one point, but removed for bugs.

I've seen streams of people using them (specifically aphromoo's if you don't believe me), but they still aren't in the store and I haven't seen any news on them.

I don't plan on really buying them, at least anytime soon, but it really shouldn't take this long to fix bugs for the skins.

They were released and removed from the game in patch 7.22 due to issues with the store. They will be returning in patch 7.24 (this week) as that is when they got the fix for them.

People who happened to buy them before the removal (like Aphromoo, myself, and others) can still use them as it wasn't a gameplay issue.
