He's basically a psychopathic murderer who believes murder is art. Take that for what you will.
Also as a note; he has no prosthetics; his arm and legs are armoured to help with the recoil from the fully built Whisper.
Also his shoulder has a Hextech mass accelerator on it, and combines with the other two parts of whisper to become a canon.
