International Distribution of Audio/Voice

Greetings Rioters and Summoners alike. I am making this post because I, like many others, desire to have the In-Game Audio/Voice of other countries such as Korean and Japanese. Because LoL is played and enjoyed through out the world, I do not understand why this has not already been put in place. Since Riot is a business, they could even charge for these language packs and Summoners would happily pay for the service.
