Pretty cool story - like all lore readers, I enjoy seeing the world of Runeterra grow more connected in unexpected ways. It seems Sylas is on the way to enlisting a bit of help for the mage rebellion. He and the Winter's Claw certainly appear to be an interesting team-up, though I'm curious what Sejuani and Udyr will make of him. Fairly sure Udyr (wisely) will instinctively distrust him and Sejuani will dislike the idea of her clan being used in any fashion, let alone by a strange suspicious southerner. And make no mistake, Sylas is suspicious/shady as hell.

Thoughts?

I'm already a few steps ahead: What would happen if he did gain the trust of the Winter's Claw and attacked Demacia with them?

Having a real war happen in the lore "now", not in the past (e.g. Shuriman Empire) would certainly be interesting to read. I really dig Demacia's army - or more specifically, the Demacian ideals that make it strong: Compassion, Honor, Confidence in your own strength and your neighbor's shield.

It would be awesome to see how they would fight against an invading force, especially since that is what Demacia always did and is best in. Before, it was "just" a rebellion in their own ranks, but now that foreigners try to take their land?

I been waiting for someone to beseige Zaun/piltover for a long time now but the only people that didn't have an alliance with one half of the double city were the freljordians or the shurimans

Me hoping... just because I'd love to see the zaunites and piltovans forced to work together
