Upcoming legendary Talon skin?

Nope it's for Sion talon isn't a true Noxian he is weak and can be killed by a yordle with ease why would he get one?

Did I miss some news? I've read about some Mecha Sion skin soonTM, but nothing on Talon? >_>

Talon skin? There has been no information provided about a new Talon skin (let alone a Legendary one).

Are you sure you aren't referring to Sion, who will possibly get a new Mecha-themed Legendary skin in one of the next few patches?
