Character discrepancy from teasers to in-game

I don't know why, but riot has a problem in giving champions the same character they seems to have in stories and teasers. The best candidates that come to my mind are: Star Guardian Ahri: In every trailer she's deep, serious. But the in-game voice is totally different. Quotes has like the same character as the base one, she's conceited and vain. Same thing about sg xayah and rakan: xayah should be really dark and corrupted, but in game she acts as the base one, edgy and arrogant. Rakan it's more like the base one, but he lacks the dark/sad feel too.

I mean, there's a reason why Xayah and Rakan aren't that dark. They're trying to fight the corruption. Fuck, Rakan's whole plan is to kill himself to save Xayah.

These downvotes, are you ok with this inconsistency of characters from teasers to in-game?

Example: the WW teaser shows him like a beast, angry and with an insatiable hunger, that chases his foes at any cost. The in-game animations and quotes say his character at his 100%. Same thing with odyssey kayn, swain, pyke, project pyke and more. The in-game behavior reflect exactly what its showed in the teaser

Why sg ahri, xayah and rakan are so different in behavior from teasers to ingame?

Riot has solved this issue for you! They will no longer be doing teasers like they used to do so, there will be nothing to compare the in game material to
