Please stop updating splash arts unless you've updated the skin itself

It is misleading to the community and i think its an unfair sales tactic. The new splashes ARE very beautiful and yes we should appreciate them. The skins on some however are still very lack luster and out dated. Just my thoughts and dont take this as hate. I love a lot of what riot does and how much they do for us who play.
