Teaser is the "Harpy and the Phoenix" champion leaked a few weeks ago?

I'm not sure if its harpy and pheonix (we only see one entity in the teaser) but without a doubt that bird description fits.

11 skins in the future and no Vik skin.

But do to the nature of some of this content (Evelyn description) and the fact that it mentions the bird champion as in early development (already a lot of bird related champions, it's beginning to be an overcrowded thematic.) I find it unlikely that all of this content is true.

The reddit post said they were in early development, so if the leak was true I don't think they would be getting revealed this soon.

So nearly naked Eve is gonna be a thing....hoboy.
