Now that the Galio update has been confirmed to go in production he will get his 4th classic splash.

With that he shares his place with Gangplank, Twisted Fate and Sivir. That's a pretty sad record for a champion that only has being a gargoyle and having a nice dance as memorable points. Hopefully riot get something along the lines of "tank mage/midlaner" right this time like they said in the dev blog. Looking at the last few champion updates which all have been a step up i'm pretty optimistic about the update and am looking forward that one of the most unnoticed champions of all time gets the update he deserves. I mean Urgot and Yorick at least got noticed for either being annoying or ugly, Galio didn't even have any jokes or memes about him.
