Winter Wonder Karma face model

Hello, while watching the spotlight video for Winter Wonder Karma i couldn't help but notice that her facial structure seemed to somehow look sharper than usual. Can someone clarify this little curiosity of mine? Is this the usual model for Karma's face or is it a bit tuned in this particular skin?
