Of Champions and (old) details

So, i was surfing my champion collection last evening and took a look at the champions that i still needed to buy; Nocturne was among them and i took my time to admire a bit of his splash-arts. While looking at him i feel he conveyed pretty well the "Nightmare Demon" concept, but one detail kept bothering me. His shoulder pads. I think this is one detail i would (personally) really like to see removed in a future VU, since i feel like they devalue his "scary assassin" look. Considering this, do you think there are other champions who suffer a similar problem? What are the needless details of old champions you all think should be left behind after a future update?
