Please Riot give Rakan a hooded Skin & Splash Art
If you ever plan to make a new skin for Rakan in the future please give him a hood. Ever since these 2 awesome champions got revealed i see everywhere in the media people having avatar pictures of Xayah, either on Steam, Facebook, Twitter, MyAnimeList etc and she looks really badass with the hood. For me Rakan is still the second prettiest male champion after Ezreal but it would be really great if he got a skin with a hood just like her because its very badass. Or if not an entire skin at least some artwork of him being hooded so we can use it.
