Please fix the alignment of these icons

I really hope this is unintentional. I noticed she was pretty offcenter when I got the base icon, but comparing it to the bordered icon shows how obviously misaligned it is. I'm pretty sure Riven's faces a similar issue of not lining up, except instead of being offcenter her whole ass chin is cut off by the level on your border, however I don't own her's so I can't currently give an example. https://i.gyazo.com/bc3ad45737f2ddc93bd0a607e5adefba.gif
