Will the relationship between Poppy and Galio still be a thing, or maybe even fleshed out more? Poppy Galio With things being retconned around the place, it's hard to know what will change for the older champions, and I really like the story these two champions have.

It would depend on how ChampUp / Narrative / Foundations rewrites Poppy's bio.

  • Will she still be the stoic Yordle that survived the Noxian ambush that killed her father?
  • Will she still be the daughter of a Bandle City blacksmith?
  • Will she still be an ambassador after telling her story to King Jarvan III or whomever?

Poppy's friendship with Galio was mostly the result of the pair being out-of-place figures in Demacia, nothing more. Neither was born or raised in Demacia, so they don't have common interests with Fiora or Garen. If Riot changes Poppy enough, the friendship won't make sense.

Overall most champion relations seem to remain the same. The few that were changed are -Karma being taught wind magic by janna -Warwick being responsible for the zaun-weapons that devastated ionia(although singed most likely takes his place now) -Katarina being the one who found sions bones(but well that wasn't really much of a relation between the 2)

Since Galio and Poppy don't have many relations except with each other,I doubt they'll remove it,since they generally try to get more champion relations into the game(ok galio might now also have a rivalry with sion)

Actually I would like to see some special interactions between Poppy and Galio. It's a great chance to bring her lore alive.

I think the Galio relationship is the most interesting thing in her story, so I think that is more likely to stay.

The ambassador title is kind of strange, I personally don't think that is very important, just a bit confusing. Neither that nor the blacksmith part translates very well into her character currently, but I don't think trying to incorporate those elements more would *necessarily *be a good choice. Her story should have emphasis that better reflect her character, rather than changing the character so she fits the background. A blacksmith background, for example, shouldn't be emphasized if she isn't an obvious blacksmith character. She is much more a warrior than an ambassador, two descriptions that conjure pretty contradictory traits; therefore ambassador is probably an unfitting title for her.

To me she should represent Bandle City more and Demacia not so much. The conflict delivered through ambushing noxians could be retold in any number of ways, noxians don't always have to be the bad guys.
