Chroma Skin Idea

Been wondering why Riot doesn't color the splash art for Chroma skins. I feel like doing this who help make people want to actually buy the skin. Since we all know the best part about a skin is how it looks in game and how it looks while waiting. I mean loading. Of course I did just that...but in a poor attempt.
