Can Illaoi and Braum be listed as friends?
They both have the same kind of tone to their voice, so I wouldn't be surprised to see them chugging away at a tavern, because they seem like the kind of people who would do that together.

I envision those two in a tavern, arm-wrestling while using their free hands to down a gargantuan amount of ale across a period of days. Gragas as ref.
Illaoi is a lot...angrier than Braum.

She seems a bit harsh. Listening to some of her voice lines, she seems like if she saw, say, a child who had dropped their ice-cream, she would smack the kid upside the head and say something about "life is motion" that would somehow cheer the kid up. If Braum saw that kid, he'd get them a new ice cream and some supportive advice.
They could probably get along, but she seems to fall back on violence far too easily to get along well with Braum.
Then again, Braum and 
are friends, so I suppose it could happen if they were to meet.
Have you all not heard what she has to say about a certain "North Man"?!
