<.< There are no hints in the new splash arts for future potential 'casted' champions. Pretty sure anyway. If there are they're much harder to see than normal.

Not every BC skin has some hints.It is quite possible that they decided to go for less cameos because they don't want to settle on certain designs yet,I mean the Bc-vel'koz in creator viktors splash looks different than the actual one.
And you forgot that there is still one BC skin hinted at Vel'kozs splash art and Creator viktors recall that looks like some kind of moth like champion.
Also some think that the pile that is on the left of the kog'maw splash might be BC-Zac

2 new skins ... done for ... does not compute.
Kog'mor and Skarnar are getting Battlecast skins in the future. Both of which are seen in Cho'Gath and Viktors skins.
