Question about Riots creation of artworks

So I always wondered how long and how hard hard is it to create artworks like these (new detailed artworks) and do you make any time lapses of it? On a side note, if a Rioter could answer: how much would a commision cost to make something detailed and beautiful like new urgot artworks (asking just out of curiosity). Also nice work on new urgot and his Super awesome artwork.
