Vladimir's third skill (Tides of Blood) is too annoying

From the description: "Vladimir unleashes a torrent of blood, damaging surrounding enemies. Additionally, multiple Tides of Blood in a short period of time cause them to cost additional Health and deal additional damage, and increases his healing and regeneration."

How it sounds to my poor ears: "REERAW! REERAW! REERAW! REERAW! REERAW!"

Please nerf the ear-bleed capabilities of his third skill, thanks. I would never think to purchase Vladimir in his current state, it's just way too annoying listening to the screeching. If turning off voices could also turn off that sound, that would be great, but it doesn't work that way. Even if we play against/with Vladimir we still have to listen to that screeching. It's enough to make a grown man cry being forced to listen to that over and over again throughout a match. Might as well turn off all of the battle sounds because of a single extremely annoying sound.

If you could rework his Tides of Blood sound effect that would be greatly appreciated.
