A change to how emotes and VO are currently handled.
Just something that's been bugging me for a while, particularly as more and more champions and skins have background noises in VO that extend well past when they seem to have ended. I'd very much appreciate it, when you try to use any emote with VO associated with it, if it could cancel any current VO being played first. Essentially, I want it to cut to the beginning of the appropriate lines, stopping any that are currently being played, so that every player within range gets to hear the new emote.
As it is now, the game insists on finishing current VO lines from that champion before allowing it to start any new ones. This means that for some exceptionally long jokes or lines (notably Blitzcrank's Joke), you may have to wait quite some time before you can switch to laughing instead (or anything else). This also applies to the lines directed only at the summoner, meaning that others can hear your hilarious emote during that time, but you can't. This does not seem right.
