Twisted Fate's Ult Voice Over QoL Change

I've played a lot of TF games and I've come to know his VO lines very well. However, there are ~6 I've yet to completely memorize: TF's Gate and stunning Graves VO - the latter can be cast aside in this discussion. The problem with TF's Gate VO is that it area of sound is around TF's starting point. This leads to most players never hearing the lines due to a player's heavier concern with the end destination. My simple suggestion is to make it so that the VO lines are heard at the end destination as well as the beginning.
