Final Boss Vegiar could use some sound improvements!

Compared to Veigar's other skins, I think Final Boss Veigar needs some work in the loudness department of his W. And while you're at it, it'd be pretty cool if his ult made the same sound effect as his ctrl + 1 joke when he kills someone with it. Imagine how awesome it would be to blow people up and be rewarded with a satisfying arcade 8-bit sound.
