Help changing champion voice overs.

So I was reading a guide on how to change my in-game sounds from English to any other language (Korean in my case), and I found that the tutorial was a little outdated. So instead of finding an FMOD folder, I found a Wwise folder. I wasn't able to find my desired files in the Wwise folders. Is there any work around this?
