So Bard is also voiceless (like Rek'sai)

I can understand why, him being from a separate dimension and all, but it just seems so bland. I mean at least Rek'sai was bestial to make it more understandable, Brand has definite human features though.

From his movements/ animations you can sense so much potential personality but that is never expanded on due to his quasi-muteness.

What was the purpose of making his voice like that? It just seems to take away from his character more than anything else.
