Other Language Vocal Tracks?

Will Riot ever include alternate language vocal tracks for characters? Maybe make it a switch only for your character, that you can select it in the audio options? Hell, maybe even charge IP for other language tracks for champs, and have them set-able in the champion page.

Is something like this possible in the future?

There's a way to change the language including the audio for the characters. This changes them just for you and involves modifying some game files. Riot is perfectly okay with you doing it too, they just don't encourage it since modifying the game files could cause instability/crashes if done wrong. But if you're still interested in it, you could google it!
