Option to switch to a lighter color scheme?

I like the format of these boards, but the color scheme is a bit too dark for me, and I find it slightly hard to look at. Could there be an option to switch to a lighter color scheme, with black text on white/gray? This could be just in the main section with the text, and doesn't have to include the sidebar/header.

I know this was brought up before, but I really feel that this should happen and it should be relatively easy to implement anyways.
