3.14 Patch Repair and Install not working.

Hi, I have been playing League of Legends for about a year until now. I have encountered a problem where when I try to repair my client and would repair for about 2 min or so and would have this bug-> bin_0x000001 and the time will go to like 2-70 hours and would just stay like that. And some other things for Dell Inspiron users is that there is this bug ingame where this random yellow square showing up after you have been slained. I have even tried Reinstalling after unistalling, but it acts the the repair I just mentioned. It would be helpful to be responded by a Riot worker. And please ignore my grammar.
