Shockblade Zed shadows are broken

Played Shockblade zed on summoners rift, I used my ulti and shadow stayed for whole game, gave vision and also when i was near let me act like i could throw skillshots from them but did not. So it left me confused, and also after the shadows bugged I noticed my ulti was not popping on people. please if you read this riot try and look into it the zed nerf is alrady harder to use and this makes it unbearable.
