Constant Crashing 4.17-4.18, so called support

Normally I don't like throwing people under the bus or being an a-hole to riot employees, because I know most of the time it's not all of your faults. But this response to my question in the League of Legends support sounded like a copy pasted response that just left me hanging with no real response and it felt to me that Maggie Noodles assumed I was complaining about being disconnected when my real problems were the game actually crashing. Quite frankly its getting frustrating. Do you mean when you get random "attempting to reconnects" that never go away unless you manually dc and reconnect and hope it doesn't crash when you reconnect? It happens to me at least once every game and it's incredibly frustrating. It's been happening to me since 4.17.

I have had lots of issues with this at random times. I use an Alienware M17xR4 on a 100mb connection and I can play CoD and Battlefield on max settings without a hitch and yet LoL in all its advanced glory likes to lock up or crash. Nothing more fun that getting into a ranked game when everyone is lv5. I don't care to use riot support. I am pretty sure its an automated response. My client crashed at 22 min in a ranked game which I was carrying hardcore and I come back the team surrendered and I had a leave game penalty. Or last 2 times servers crashed I was in ranked and received a loss and when I talk to support they give me this generic "go screw yourself" in a friendly tone.

I'm on windows; my client stopped crashing recently, I think it was in patch 4.17

I never have crash issues, you would think I would since I'm still running Win XP. /shrug, good luck on getting your issue fixed.
