Riot has a flair for posts they've commented on, Arbiters should too.
I'd like to see what Player Behavior & Moderation posts have been responded to by an Arbiter, it would be a good change.

iirc from the last time this was discussed internally, the problem with that is that it would bring too much attention to threads they comment on. While visibility can sometimes be good, that would just be too much and would too easily distract people from other threads or even from the thread it's on. This is one of the reasons Rioters don't comment so freely as we'd like.
Besides, this wouldn't really bring much value, if any.
