[Serious Discussion Inside] Board rules aren't actually clear cut

Riots definition of Jerk and the online communities idea of being a jerk are totally different. This is like at the end of the game how you can report someone regardless if they were being abusive or feeding or being 'unskilled'. Community moderation is BAD. (Scientist lyte can confirm this)

Riot: you called him a bad player, that is being a jerk your content has been removed

Online Community: shrugs it off

Riot is so sensitive it really just proves they are a bunch of diabetic second graders. These boards are cancer, their player base will plummet when WOD drops, I hope riot goes out of business

Wait, you're saying community moderation is bad,

Community moderation is BAD. (Scientist lyte can confirm this)

but you're also saying Riot moderation is bad?

Riot is so sensitive it really just proves they are a bunch of diabetic second graders.

I am confused at the point you're trying to make......

You know, up until this point I was planning on upvoting you (even though I disagree). Remove the rest from your OP and I'll change my vote.

I disagree because -- like with reporting after the game -- while direct community moderation may be bad. the community is also who sets the standards for acceptable behavior within that community. So if you're getting reports - in game or on the forums - that's a sign that the community isn't OK with what you're doing, even if you think it's OK.

Tldr (why do I have this on a short post?) it IS Riot moderation, but it's the community who sets the standards for what gets moderated, not a "overly sensitive Rito."
