Some Technical Problem on Using Paysafecard

In our Country (Italy) there's no Paysafecard Payment process so I switched my payment option for France, although I'm here in Italy so I typed my Paysafecard pin and it didn't work then there's a message that shows that : ''The PIN you entered is not allowed to pay at this dealer. More information about the dealer from whom you can use this PIN on your card or are available at www.paysafecard.com''.

what should I do? please Help me!
