Can't post in community creations
I have the option to "create a discussion" everywhere else, but not here. Is this a super-secret, ultra-super-Saiyan permissions area? Do I need to sacrifice a goat to appease something?

And apparently it will forever remain a mystery as to why. There's no better way to get people involved in your community, I've always said, than to totally ignore their questions and refuse to post any basic guidelines they could attempt to discover for themselves. Bravo, I say. Bravo.
