I need help with warding

So, I've been maining support for a while, and I keep my teammates alive and everything. However, I never know where to ward. I ward places like the river and some bushes for ganks, but I feel like I'm not doing enough. I know I have to ward and all. I always carry wards too, but I never know where to put them. Any help?

Well, it all depends on the game situation, even more now that you're limited to 3 wards and 1 pink, I'd say during laning fase ward river bush, dragon, tri bush and a side lane bush, as the game goes into midgame ward the enemy jungle if you're pushing hard with your team, or your own jungle if you are getting pushed, once mid towers have fallen I'd ward baron since this is the time most teams will go for it, also as a reminder, when warding the jungle try to cover as much routes with one ward for better vision, I'm no support pro, but this are the places I tend to ward since they seem to be the most traveled by enemies and are also prone to ganks.
