Seeing how most of the spam accounts are level 1, adding a level requirement for commenting would be great at preventing spambots as it would take a bit more time to be able to spread viruses in the comments section. I'd say only levels 5+ should be able to comment, as it's not too hard to reach level 5 but it's still quite a bit of time if all you're looking for is to post phishing links.
Honestly level 10 is a safe area but still allow the new player section open for everyone
So just remove the new players who are asking on tips on how to play the game. Although you could have the new player forum immune to this rule.
I have an NA level 5 account, but its "my updates" function is broken. If Riot fixes that I'll gladly accept this proposal.
I'm against it. This isn't inviting to new players. Let's not make this place look elitist just to get rid of some bots. Let Riot deal with that.

We're working on adding this, but I think level 10 or even level 5 is too high a barrier for posting. Would like some opinions from ya'll on this.
This would never happen for the simple fact that there are to many new people who come on to ask questions and would not be able to do so because of this.
That is why I also said it should be disabled on only the new players forum. I will say though that it would remove a lot of the make money. com bullcrap.
