While applying for the PBE

Hello, I used to play on NA until L.A. servers came out, i now have 2 lvl 30 accounts and some other smurfs in this server but my account on N.A. (other smurf) I created to play with some unskilled friends is lvl 2, so, i have no chances to apply for the pbe? I play League of Legends since the beginnings of season 2 and I never faced this opportunity. I would really like having a PBE account, so please riot if you can read this please help me!

Well I have a PBE account, if you need it I'm not sure if it's getting reaccepted but I'd happily give it to you if you really need it.

Well, you'll have to either wait until LA servers are accepted into PBE (probably not too long), or until your smurf is level 30 (which can be very soon).
