So the site was updated along with the forums an all that stuff but i was really wondering why dident the tribunal get a visual update or anything like that was their really nothing to do with the tribunal?

Please get the tribunal up and running again, it's been down for months. Toxic players are running rampant now, and the game is starting to not be fun because it. reporting people does absolutely no good. Furthermore Riots stance that the league police it's self is worthless with out anyway of actually correcting behavior. Also instead of just summoner names permanent bans should use IP addresses and not user names.

I don't know about your place, but in my place, this ban would last for max 36 hours before you get another IP.

Permabans on a free game are ineffective no matter the method unfortunately.

Pretty much most, if not all, ISP's refresh IP's every so often - you mention 36 hours, I know my ISP is a 7 day lease, and others refresh each and every time the router is rebooted.

IP bans would just cause someone, somewhere, to be unable to connect, depending on the IP they got during this refresh

Summoner name bans gets rid of the account, but doesn't prevent them from simply making another.

Both are extremely easy to get around and ineffective, but short of a revolution in how the internet works, not much you can do. One of the downside of a free to play game - at least with the likes of WoW for example you would have to pay for each account you make, therefore making it a deterrent. With free to play, there's no way to stop them coming back! :-(

I liked the tribunal because every time I got a teammate that deserved to be banned I could hop in the tribunal and come out feeling a lot better. Sweet revenge and all that.

Please riot get the tribunal working again I am sick and tired of toxic players hurting team morale and nothing is done.

I think a lot of people would feel much better if they knew the reported player cases are going to the tribunal and being reviewed by someone. If it's automated now, I guess the comments that are entered when reporting a player are useless?

Good question. I was wondering the same after the new site was released and also when the Tribunal was in recess.
