'Going to an external page' warning

Whenever you click a link that redirects you to an external page you get a warning about it. Now I checked the checkbox 'never show this again' or something like that, but it stills shows the warning every time. Not sure if this is to troll us :>

Sounds like a bug! If you chose to not show the dialog again, you shouldn't see the dialog any more.
