Limit the laught in game

Nothing is worse that earing a player with anoying characters (lux, tryn, nunu bot, teemo, etc...) spamming the laught all game long.

You cant mute them. You cant play the game without a sound and It is hard to report them, because you cant see it in the tribunal.

Please, limit the characters sounds or give us a way to mute them.

I've always wondered why we don't have a "mute champion" icon/command as well as the "mute summoner" icon/command.

For instance in chat you could type /mute Janna to mute my champion, or you could type /mute Jenluvartz to muse me if you think I'm being abusive or whatnot in chat.
