[IDEA] Faster Comment Navigation Movement

Quick idea for navigating replies and Subreplies:

What if you used something like j/k to move down a comment and have it so you can use keyboard entry to faster move through threads, and see replies faster. Something like ; could move to the next Top-Level Comment

So:

J - Previous Comment

K - Next Comment

; - Next Top Level Comment (I.E. has no nodes above it besides the post)
